Description MTA New York City Transit unveiled a comprehensive plan to reimagine New York’s entire public bus system and deliver world-class service with immediate and long-term improvements. The NYC Transit Bus Plan is the result of an expansive review of the system commissioned by NYC Transit President Andy Byford, who declared improving bus service as one of his top four priorities on his first day in office in January.
