Summary

[edit]
Description

Todd and his Burning Man Ranger posse showed us the path to the hot springs.

On the edge of the Black Rock Desert are numerous hot springs and pools fed by geothermal activity. The Frog Pond is fed with 10-15 gallons per minute of 101°F water (back where the dudes are in the shade), which keeps most of the pool in the high 90's.

This pool is also full of little fish, and Todd is playing with one.

The pond creates it own little ecosystem in the high desert, and the overflow pond is a haven for frogs. It’s off limits during Burning Man to protect it.

It also has a <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/jurvetson/6239541640">philosophical phone</a>
