Bahasa Indonesia: Buras Banjar adalah hidangan tradisional yang berasal dari daerah Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. Buras Banjar adalah sejenis nasi ketan yang dibuat dari beras ketan yang direbus dengan santan, kemudian diisi dengan bumbu dan bahan lainnya, seperti ikan teri, kelapa parut, gula merah, dan bumbu rempah. Nasi ketan ini kemudian dibungkus dalam daun pisang dan dikukus hingga matang.
English: Buras Banjar is a traditional dish originating from the Banjarmasin region of South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Buras Banjar is a type of sticky rice made from glutinous rice boiled in coconut milk, then filled with spices and other ingredients, such as anchovies, grated coconut, brown sugar, and herbs. The glutinous rice is then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed until cooked.
