For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Aussage, Hanna Haas Zentralbild Stöhr-11.7.1963 1. Strafsenat setzte Verhandlung gegen Globke fort. Der 1. Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR setzte am 11.7.1963 die Hauptverhandlung gegen den millionenfachen Judenmörder Globke fort. Im Mittelpunkt steht heute der Komplex der berüchtigten "Endlösung der Judenfrage". Wie am Vortage sagten zahlreiche Zeugen aus, die die faschistische Judenverfolgung am eigenen Leibe erlebten. UBz: Hanna Haas, eine in Israel lebende aus Sarajewo stammende Sprachlehrerin schilderte mit ergreifenden Worten den Leidensweg der Kinder in den Konzentrationslagern. sie sagte: "Es ist notwendig, vor diesen Hohen Gericht der DDR die Million toter Kinder zu erwähnen, denn der hier Angeklagte trägt einen großen Teil Schuld für den Tod und die Qualen dieser Kinder."
