For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Themar, Möbelfabrik, Werkhalle ADN-ZB Schaar 20.2.76 Bez. Suhl: Damit andere bequem schlafen können arbeiten die Werktätigen des VEB Möbelfabrik Themar, Kreis Hildburghausen. Die Möbelwerker, die ausschließlich Schlafraummöbel herstellen, wollen in diesem Jahr für 12,6 Prozent mehr moderne Schlafzimmer für die Bevölkerung produzieren. Wie überall im Betrieb wird auch im Bereich Oberflächenbearbeitung sehr auf die Qualität geachtet, damit der Titelkampf "Betrieb der ausgezeichneten Qualitätsarbeit" erfolgreich verläuft und die Kunden beruhigt schlafen können.
