Ein Neuererkollektiv der Mts Hainichen im Bezirk Karl-Marx-Stadt hat unter Leitung Dipl.-Ing. Horst Feldmann einen Mähhäcksler für die Kartoffelkrauternte umgebaut. Im Schneidewerk wurden zwei torpedoförmige Krautheber angebracht. Die Kaspel ist die aufs äußerste angezogen und wischt über die Krautheber. Außerdem wurden die Achsen so verlängert, daß die Spuren genau zwischen den Kartoffeln ausgefahren werden, damit die im Boden liegenden Knollen nicht beschädigt werden.

UBz: Die Mitglieder der Neuererkollektive der Mts Hainischen haben allen Grund auf Freude, denn der von ihnen für die Kartoffelkrauternte umgebaute Feldhäcksler hat seine Bewährungsprobe bestanden.
