For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.

Seidel Zentralbild Köhler 20.11.1960 Tre-Roa Neue Winterbahn in Leipzig wird gern besucht Auch am Sonnabend, dem 19.11.1960, waren viele Zuschauer in die Leipziger Winterbahn in der Messehalle geströmt, um das zweite Rennen mitzuerleben. UBz:Szene aus dem 100-Runden-Punktefahren. An der Spitze der spätere Sieger H. Seidel vom SC Einheit Berlin. Er siegt in 23:05,6 überlegen vor seinem Klubkameraden Schmelzer.
