For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Zastrow Wen-Fr 18.6.1960 Vorbereitung zur Radweltmeisterschaft in Leipzig vom 3. bis 8.8.1960 sind im vollen Gange. Große Umbauten wurden an der Albert-Rosch-Kampfbahn durchgeführt. Das alte Wirtschaftsgebäude abgerissen und neues größeres ist fast fertig. UBz: Blick von der Nordkurve zum neuen Wirtschaftsgebäude. Zur besseren Beleuchtung der Bahn wurden sogenannte Peitschenmasten aufgestellt.
