For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Grossvielen, Melken auf der Weide ADN-ZB Weiß 1.6.1959 Vorberteitendes Material zum 10. Jahrestag der DDR Rinderzuchtbrigade kämpft um zusätzlich 50 000.- DM Gewinn. Im Volkseigenen Gut Grossvielen, Kreis Waren, wurde aus Anlaß des bevorstehenden 10. Jahrestages der DDR von der Rinderzuchtbrigade folgende Verpflichtung übernommen: es sollen umgehend 100 Bullenkälber zugekauft und mit der VEAB ein kurzfristiger Mastvertrag abgeschlossen werden. Dadurch erwartet man einen zusätzlichen Ertrag von 50 000.- DM. Stallraum ist mit dem Austrieb der Rinderherde garantiert. Die Futtermittel werden aus der eigenen zusätzlichen Produktion bzw. aus Futtermitteln, die aufgrund der Mastverträge geliefert werden, vorhanden sein. UBz: Während des Melkens (links) Melkermeister Max Taubner und rechts Melkergehilfe Erich Schütte.
