For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Schwerin, Schweisser, Winter
ADN-ZB Pätzold-23.1.1987 Schwerin: Plan-Schweißer Willi Hayn gehört zu den Montagekollektiven in Schwerins innerstädtischem Neubau- und Rekonstruktionsgebiet "Großer Moor", die am kommenden Wochenende termingemäß einen weiteren Wohnblock übergeben wollen. Mit vorgewärmten Betonelementen und zum Schweißen vorgesehenen Stahldrähten kann auch bei unter minus 15 Grad zügig weitermontiert werden. Sand, Wasser und Zement werden in speziellen Containern ebenfalls über dem Gefrierpunkt gehalten. Bereits am vergangenen Wochenende hatten die Bauleute den bestehenden Terminverzug, der bei Temperaturen unter 20 Grad minus entstanden war, weitestgehend wettgemacht.
