For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Auszubildende aus Sambia ADN-ZB Link 28.2.86 erd-Bez. Cottbus: Technologen für Elektronik-Jugendliche aus der Republik Sambia absolvierten ein Laborpraktikum Elektronik (Foto) an der Betriebsberufsschule " Ernst Thälmann" des VEB Gaskombinat Schwarze Pumpe. Erich Semper (2. v. l. ), Ingenieurpädagoge an der Bildungseinrichtung, erläutert den Transistor als Verstärker. 15 junge Abiturienten weilen seit 1984 an der Berufsschule und werden nach einer zweieinhalbjährigen Ausbildung im Gaskombinat als Technologen für Elektrotechnik in ihre Heimat zurückkehren.
