Im Zuge der Flurbereinigung in Deutschland mit Hilfe des "Grünen Plans" werden die räumlich verstreuten Ackerstücke eines Bauernhofes untereinander ausgetauscht, so daß die Ackerfluren eines Bauernhofes möglichst um diesen herumliegen. Bei der Dichte eines Bauerndorfes ist es zur Durchführung dieses Vorganges notwendig, "flurbereinigte" Bauernhöfe aus dem Dorf herauszuziehen und an die Grenzen der Dorfgemarkung zu ihren Ackerfluren zu legen.
Vorteil: Auflockerung des Dorfes.
Fachname des Regierungsplanes: Rationalisierung von Arbeitsraum und Arbeitskräften.

Finanzielle Mittel: Für Neubau des Bauernhofes an der Gemarkengrenze werden bei zu wenig Eigenkapital vom Staat zinslose Darlehen vergeben. Aufschließung von Straße, Kanalisation, Elektrik usw. trägt der Staat.
