Description
English: "Sasi" ritual by Moi People of Malaumkarta village in Sorong, Southwest Papua, Indonesia. Sasi is a sustainable tradition found in Maluku and Papua, where nobody is permitted to collect resources (like fish or sea cucumber) within specific area and specific period (around one year or more).
Bahasa Indonesia: Ritual Sasi oleh Suku Moi di kampung Malaumkarta Sorong, Papua Barat Daya, Indonesia. Sasi adalah tradisi berkelanjutan di Maluku dan Papua dimana tidak ada yang boleh mengambil hasil laut seperti ikan dan teripang di suatu wilayah dalam jangka waktu tertentu (sekitar satu tahun atau lebih)
