Description
English: Buer is a president of hell and a demon of the second order who commands 50 legions, from J.A.S. Collin de Plancy. Dictionnaire Infernal. Paris: E. Plon, 1863. Page 123. Note: A demon of the second class, presiding over hell; he is formed like a star or wheel with 5 limbs and moves by rolling. He teaches philosophy, logic and the virtues of medicinal herbs.
