Description

A scene from around my neighborhood this morning.

The animals are goats - some of the fattest I've ever seen. From a distance I thought they were sheep (or pigs.)

I love the colors and the overall feel of this - I'm not crazy about the fence in the foreground and the buildings, etc, but I am going to use this as a starting point for a painting where I will edit liberally ...

(Disclosure: I exaggerated the saturation slightly and changed the highlights and shadows a little with Picasa - comment or email if you want to see the original).
