Description
English: From left to right, Capt. Joseph Gibson, 460th Security Forces Squadron operations officer Col. Marcus Jackson, Space Base Delta 2 commander, Chief Master Sgt. Charles Shurchay, Space Base Delta 2 senior enlisted leader, and Mr. Paul Bailey, 460th Civil Engineering Squadron deputy director cut the ribbon signifying the soft opening for the new Visitor Control Center on Buckley Space Force Base, Colo.
