Description
English: A copper alloy plate from a small Medieval buckle. It was originally one plate wrapped around the buckle frame and riveted with one rivet at the strap end; this rivet remains in situ.The plates are plain and have a green patina. They are broken straight across where they wrap round the bar. The plate measures 20.91mm long x 9.60mm wide x 1.46mm thick and weighs 1.1 grams.
