Description
Deutsch: Brunnen vor der Congress Union von Ernst Föll, eingeweiht 1992. Die 3 Metallstäbe sollen an die Fachwerkbalken der alten Häuser erinnern, die Säule mit dem Becken an die Pipenposten (die 3 alten Brunnen in Celle, Brandplatz, Poststraße, Großer Plan). Das Ensemble besteht aus drei wasserspeienden Balken mit dreieckigem, fünfeckigem und achteckigem Querschnitt, daneben eine dicke fünfeckige Säule mit rundem, gespeistem Wasserbecken, alles im achteckigem Rahmen. Auf dem Vorplatz der Congress Union, Thaerplatz, Celle)
