Description
English: From Cultural Centre B.Polje (Museums of Montenegro) "Sasi" (Saxons) were known miners in the medieval Kingdom of Serbia. Among other things, in 1254. years in the area of ??Zeta open a silver mine, and the same name Brskovo mining and trading village (near present-day Mojkovac, Montenegro). Since the Serbian kings they provided many benefits. They had their municipality, the prince and the court, and among Christians Orthodox Church and its Benedictine Catholic Church (Archdiocese in the seaside town of Bar). The 1280th Brskovo becomes smaller town, but already 1443th - almost abandoned place.
Srpski (latinica): "Sasi" (Saksonci) su bili poznati rudari u srednjovjekovnoj Kraljevini Srbiji. Između ostalog, 1254. godine su u oblasti Zeta otvorili rudnik srebra, Brskovo i istoimeno rudarsko-trgovačko naselje (pored današnjeg Mojkovca, u Crnoj Gori). Od srpskih kraljeva su im omogućene mnoge povlastice. Imali su svoju opštinu, kneza i sud, a među ortodiksnim hrišćanima i svoju benediktinsku katoličku crkvu (pod nadbiskupijom u primorskom gradu Baru).
