Description |
English: A complete Late Bronze Age copper-alloy implement, probably an awl or chisel (1000 BC-801 BC).
This implement is rectangular in cross-section at one end and circular in cross-section at the opposite end. At one end the sides are parallel and taper to a point in side view producing a slightly curved cutting edge. The opposite end tapers to a point. This object is light green with a patchy dark green patina. Length: 38.6mm; width at cutting edge: 5.7mm; thickness at centre: 4.0mm. Weight: 3.01g. |
