Summary
[edit]DescriptionBroken limestone pavement - geograph.org.uk - 793558.jpg |
English: Broken limestone pavement A number of areas of limestone pavement are scattered across the summit of Mynydd y Garn, culminating in Carn y Botel. They are very broken for the most part, though there is quite some variety of form. occasional erratic blocks of Old Red Sandstone provide for quite a colour contrast - they are easily spotted against the green of the grass and the grey/white of the limestone. |
