De forme ronde, avers gravé, revers lisse, épingle horizontale munie de deux griffes et fermoir (métalliques) attenant en forme de crochet.

Marques, inscriptions, poinçons: "MADE IN FRANCE" (au revers de l'attache métallique).
Description iconographique:

Dans un cercle à fond blanc, quatre drapeaux en faisceau et au départ de hampe (dorée) commun : drapeaux des Etats-Unis d'Amérique, drapeau de la Grande-Bretagne (une seule croix rouge simple), drapeau de l'URSS (symboles inversés), drapeau de la France.
