Bridgefoot Street Park (2022-), south inner Dublin (Dublin 8), tiered mound

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Ground-level view of a central part of Bridgefoot Street Park in south inner Dublin city, Ireland. Previously a derelict site, then the subject of some temporary community initiatives (led by Roisin Byrne, helped at one point by Sophie von Maltzan), the park was designed by Dermot Foley Landscape Architects with community consultation, and, launched in 2022 after Covid-19 delays, now contains a mix of plants and trees, paths of many materials, play areas, designed mounds, and a coffee van.
