English: Lance Cpl. Brian Martin, a U.S. Marine Corps linguist from the Marine Forces Pacific 3rd Radio Battalion, stands by for a response to his hail of a Taiwanese-flagged fishing vessel in Mandarin Chinese from the bridge of the USCGC Sequoia (WLB-215) during a high seas boarding in the Western Pacific Ocean, Sept. 1, 2016.
