Description
Srpski (latinica): Rasprostranjen je u centralnoj i severnoj Evropi, kao i većem delu severne i umerene Azije. Izrazita je selica. Zimu provodi u podsaharskoj Africi. Naseljava različite tipove šuma, listopadne, četinarske i mešovite, živice, tundre sa vrbama i brezama, žbunje uz reke i kanale i sl. Gnezda gradi na zemlji, skrivajući ih u vegetaciji. Hrani se beskičmenjacima, uglavnom sitnim insektima. Na većem delu areala populacija mu je stabilna, dok je kod evropskih populacija prisutan blago opadajući trend. U Srbiji se ne gnezdi, ali je tokom seobe redovan i brojan.
