Description
Deutsch: Wappen der kurzen Fürstenepoche Karl Augusts (1768-1823), Fürst von Bretzenheim und Großprior des Malteserordens von Bayern an der Frontseite der Bretzenheimer Kirche Mariä Gebut, gekrönt von einem Fürstenhut, aufgelegt auf einem Malteserkreuz umgeben von einem Rosenkranz mit Malteserkreuz. Die Kirche wurde zwischen 1789 bis 1791 nach Plänen des Koblenzer Bauingenieurs Faxlunger als Simultankirche errichtet, da die katholisch regierte Kurpfalz mehrheitlich evangelisch war.
