Description Photograph of the main entrance sign to the Bowling Green Wind Farm, and its two southern most wind turbineen towers. The turbines are 1.8 megawatt units mounted on 256 ft (78 m) tall towers, with each of the 134 ft (40.8 m) long blades weighing 22,000 lbs (9980 kg). The two turbines produced 7245 megawatt hours their first year of operation. Dedicated in November 2003, the project is the first utility-sized wind power farm in Ohioen.
