Notes Panel-style bowls, so called because of the wedge-shaped panels that make up their interior decoration, were typically produced in Kashan. Modeled after Chinese celadon bowls in form, this influence is also present in the highly abstracted lotus petals on this bowl’s exterior (from : https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/447269)
