Bow Brooch
Description
English: Copper alloy enamelled T-shape brooch with lunate disc, of 1st-2nd Century AD date. The brooch has a hinge mechanism,

with a missing pin. The lunate disc exhibits a crescent motif. The wings have three lateral grooves on each side.The bow has three cells to house the enamel with one cell retaining some traces of red enamel. Beneath the cells are three mouldings and a further two at the base of the foot. The rear of the catch plate is marked with three irregular incised

lines.
