Notes ALVA (Auckland Licensed Victuallers Association) clear glass internal thread 1 gallon glass jar (flagon) ALVA Mineral Water Co., Randolph St, Auckland (1912-1958) Formed by the Auckland Licensed Victuallers Association the ALVA Mineral Water Co supplied aerated waters and cordials to the Auckland hotel trade from the Randolph Street site. Supplies were restricted to shareholder hotels. At the time there were approximately 40 hotels in the Auckland, Onehunga, Otahuhu area.
