English: Members of the Washington National Guard 10th Weapons of Mass Destruction, Civil Support Team, Nebraska National Guard Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear-High Yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force-Package and Puerto Rico state agencies participate in mass casualty extraction during Operation Borinqueneer Response, March 18, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The exercise was conducted with local authorities at the Pachin Vicens Auditorium and Francisco Montaner Stadium in Ponce, with the goal to provide National Guard, federal and state agencies and senior leaders an opportunity to self-evaluate current doctrine, operational concepts, administrative and logistic plans and capabilities.
