Til venstre Kjøpmannsgata 12; Borgerklubbens hus. I 1893 ble Borgerklubben slått sammen med Trondhjems håndverk- og Industriforening, og gården ble ombygd. I dag ofte omtalt som "Håndverkeren". Til høyre for Borgerklubben Kjøpmannsgata 14; Huitfeldtgården. I 1898 brente gårdene nr. 12,14,16 og 18.
