English: Memorial of the border break-through during the Pan-European Picnic at Fertőrákos on 19 August 1989 The monument was sculpted in 2003 by Csaba Peller. At its base, next to the foot-marks is inscribed a legend in Hungarian and German: “ELSŐ LÉPÉSEK A KÖZÖS EURÓPA FELÉ”, „ERSTE SCHRITTE ZUM GEMEINSAMEN EUROPA” (FIRST STEP TOWARDS COMMON EUROPE)
Deutsch: Denkmal der Grenzöffnung während des Paneuropäisches Picknick in Fertőrákos am 19 August 1989. Das Denkmal wurde 2003 von Csaba Peller geschaffen. An seiner Basis neben den Fußspuren ist eine Legende in ungarischer und deutscher Inschrift: "ELSŐ LÉPÉSEK A Közös EURÓPA Fele", "Erste Schritte ZUM GEMEINSAMEN EUROPA"
Français : Monument commémoratif de l’enfoncement de la frontière lors du piquenique paneuropéen à Fertőrákos le 19 août 1989. Le monument fut sculpté par Csaba Peller en 2003. A sa base à côté des marques de pas on peut lire une légende en hongrois et en allemand: « ELSŐ LÉPÉSEK A KÖZÖS EURÓPA FELÉ », « ERSTE SCHRITTE ZUM GEMEINSAMEN EUROPA » (PREMIER PAS VERS L’EUROPE COMMUNE)
Magyar: Az 1989. augusztus 19-i fertőrákosi pán-európai pikniken történt határáttörés emlékművét Peller Csaba készítette 2003-ban. Talpazatán, a lábnyomok mellett magyar és német nyelvű felirat olvasható: „ELSŐ LÉPÉSEK A KÖZÖS EURÓPA FELÉ”, „ERSTE SCHRITTE ZUM GEMEINSAMEN EUROPA” |
