Description

Boletellus ananiceps (Berk.) Singer

Image location: Yarrahapinni State Forest, North of Grassy Head, New South Wales, Australia

Maybe Boletellus emodensis Eucalyptus rainforest.

Recognized by sight: Pale ochraceous, flattened scales with some pink/pale red? Not sure how accurate the color is in the pic. Could perhaps be B. dissiliens. Microscopics of spores would decide: no cross striae on ribs in B. ananiceps. Cros striae for B. dissiliens.
