Description
English: Techno club Bob Beaman in Munich 2014. The DJ in front works with the three Pioneer DJ CD players (middle, with bright, light-emitting displays), while three analog turntables built into the table in front of him are not visible as they are covered by physical "folders" with CDs. Such a style of DJing using physical CDs as media has mostly vanished (as of 2023) with the use of digitized songs stored on laptops or harddisks.
Deutsch: Techno-Club Bob Beaman in München. Der DJ (im Vordergrund) arbeitet mit drei CD-Playern von Pioneer DJ (Mitte, mit hellen, leuchtenden Displays). Drei analoge Plattenspieler, die vor ihm in den Tisch eingebaut sind, sind durch „Ordner“ mit CDs verdeckt und daher nicht sichtbar. Dieser Stil des DJ-ing mit physischen CDs als Medium ist heute (Stand 2023) durch die Verwendung digitalisierter Songs, die auf Laptops oder Festplatten gespeichert sind, größtenteils verschwunden.
