English: Blue Ensign (before 1864)
Naval ensign. Hand-sewn silk blue ensign said to have been personal flag of Nelson. Probably a boat flag. Rope attached.

Notes Found mounted with AAA0736 by drawing pins to wooden stick, now removed. Stick probably not original.
