Description
Svenska: Biskopsgården, Strängnäs. Byggnaden uppfördes 1660-64 av biskopen Johannes Matthiae. Från byggnadstiden finns ankarslut och huvudportalens överstycken bevarade. Byggnaden är sammanslagen av två hus av samma höjd - ett tvåvåningshus och ett trevåningshus. Porten fick sin barockomfattning vid en restaurering 1764.

Biskopshusets nuvarande rikt dekorerade yttre tillkom vid en restaurering 1882 ledd av Claes Grundström.
