Deutsch: Bielsko-Biała, Stadtberg (heute ul. Wzgórze) 9 / Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Straße (heute ul. 3 Maja) 2. Ehemaliges Sparkassengebäude, das 1889 nach einem Entwurf des Architekten Karl Korn erbaut wurde. Rechts befand sich der Eingang des Café de l'Europe, dem ersten Wiener Kaffeehaus der Stadt. 1889 fand der Umzug in dieses Gebäude statt. Nach dem Krieg hieß das Café Patria.
