Description
Italiano: Il 29 settembre 1928 il vescovo di Biella mons. Giovanni Garigliano, con proprio decreto, elevò a parrocchia la chiesa dedicata ai SS. Paolo ed Elisabetta, sorta nel quartiere detto "il Borgonuovo" fra il 1914 e il 1915, e nominò don Irmo Buratti - già rettore incaricato - primo parroco della comunità parrocchiale.

La memorabile inaugurazione della nuova parrocchia ebbe luogo domenica 7 ottobre 1928, festa della Madonna del Rosario, in un mare di folla.

La cerimonia proseguì nel pomeriggio, con la benedizione del campanile (appena terminato) e la consacrazione delle cinque nuove campane.
