Description
English: Beyti is a Turkish meat (veal) dish (also considered a kebab) made with pieces of meat wrapped into a "yufka", like a dürüm, and then served with yogurt and tomato sauce. The meat inside the dürüm can be prepared (sauteed, grilled) for this plate or the readily cooked meat of some other plate, such as "döner" in this case, can be used.)
