English: It was created using Paint.NET and the following proceedure:
Make a white cirkle on a black background. Use the blur effect "Unfocus", then use automatic adjustment, then blur it again. Outline and copy to another layer, use the "clowds" effect, adjust contrast, deselect and blur, and set the properties of this layer to darken in the blending mode window. Merge layer down and blur or adjust contrast to taste. |
