Deutsch: Der Entwurf für das gesamte Ehrenmal stammt von einem sowjetischen „Schöpferkollektiv“, dem der Architekt Jakow S. Belopolski, der Bildhauer Jewgeni W. Wutschetitsch, der Maler Alexander A. Gorpenko und die Ingenieurin Sarra S. Walerius vorstanden; 1949 wurde der gesamte Bau vollendet; die Statue ist 12 Meter hoch und 70 Tonnen schwer; ein sowjetischer Soldat, der ein deutsches Kind trägt, zu Füßen ein zerbrochenes Hakenkreuz
