Bi-fold; heavy paper; cream colored paper; green ink on front/back cover, red and black ink inside; coat of arms-stags and eagle on cover; some added items handwritten in pencil. Menu includes dinners, steaks, seafood, appetizers, salads, desserts, entrees, vegetables, potatoes, beverages. A la carte menu on back includes steaks, chops, specialties, eggs, cold meats, sandwiches, cheese.
