Deutsch: Der als Belvedere bezeichnete Aussichtsturm entstand um 1782 auf dem höchsten Punkt des Parkes, der Heinrichshöhe. Anlage und Standort lassen vermuten, dass Spiegel diesen Bau ursprünglich als sein Mausoleum gedachte hatte. Im Aufbau und selbst in einzelnen Details erinnert das Belvedere tatsächlich an Grabbauten der Antike
Der dreigeschossige Turm steht auf einem Sandsteinfelsen, der in die Gestaltung einbezogen wurde. Alle Geschosse sind gewölbt. Die beiden unteren Etagen bestehen aus grob gehauenem Sandsteinquader-mauerwerk, das zweite Obergeschoss wurde dagegen "edler" gestaltet. Der oktogonale Raum wird von einer Rundkuppel überdacht, das Mauerwerk der Fassade ist geglättet und die Fenster sind als exakte Bögen ausgeführt. Den Gebäudeecken sind außen Säulen vorgestellt, welche ein weit auskragendes Gesims tragen. Möglicherweise verwendete man auch hier wie bei dem Portal am Jagdschlösschen Bauteile des Gröninger Schlosses. Ursprünglich wurden die Säulen noch durch Kugelbekrönungen betont, auch ein kleiner Aufsatz der Kuppel mit Blitzableiter ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Nach langer Vernachlässigung befand sich das Belvedere im ausgehenden 19. Jahrhundert in einem schlechten baulichen Zustand.
