Description
English: Cast copper alloy hooked strap fitting, probably associated with a sword belt from the Post-Medieval period. The mount is gently convex in profile with a forward facing hook. The mount has three attachment holes, one at each side near the base and one at the centre near the top. The mount has concave sides, pointed at the top and rounded at the base.
