Description
English: One of the pictures taken during the second State of the Union address delivered by the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on 15 September 2021 in Strasbourg.

It was followed by a debate with Members of Parliament where they assess the work accomplished by the Commission in the preceding twelve months and discuss future challenges.
