Description
Slovenčina: Beata Laska – Kościelecka bola prvá turistka, ktorá vystúpila do horského prostredia Vysokých Tatier. Zachovali sa o tom v kežmarských archívoch hodnoverné záznamy. V roku 1565 sa vybrala väčšia kežmarská spoločnosť na výlet do Vysokých Tatier - vtedy pomenovaných na "Snežné hory" k Zelenému plesu. Na výlete bola hradná pani Beata Laská - Kościelska. V sprievode boli mešťanovia, kežmarský richtár , rektor , hradný kapitán. Beata Laská - Kościelska, za tento výlet draho zaplatila. Žiarlivý manžel, ktorý jej vytýkal, že išla do hôr v sprievode mužskej spoločnosti, ju na 6 rokov zavrel do temnice kežmarského hradu.
