Title
Bead
Description
English: A blue glass bead with a lozenge shaped cross-section, rectangular in plan. Measuring 5mm in length and 6mm in width, it is 3mm in thickness. This bead is mid-blue in colour with a central circular perforation measuring 1mm in diameter.

Brite Brugmann has examined an image of this bead and confirmed that it is hand made, it is however, very difficult to date. As it was discovered in an area where Roman finds have been found it is perhaps most likely to be Roman in date.
