English: Some water borne fruits, transported and stranded by sea waves at Panjang Beach, Bengkulu City, Sumatra, Indonesia. The biggest one is coconut fruit; second one at center is Cerbera fruit; and other smaller ones are Terminalia catappa fruits (center-below). The holes at left and below-right side is made by Ocypode crab.
Bahasa Indonesia: Buah-buah yang diangkut dan didamparkan gelombang laut di pantai berpasir Kota Bengkulu. Yang terbesar adalah buah kelapa (Cocos nucifera); kedua terbesar adalah buah bintaro (Cerbera, di tengah foto); dan yang kecil-kecil adalah buah ketapang (Terminalia catappa, di tengah bagian bawah). Lubang-lubang di sisi kiri dan kanan bawah adalah liang ketam pasir Ocypode. |
