English: Marines part of the air and ground combat elements of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force work together to suppress targets Feb. 9 during the battalion assault course at Marine Air Ground Combat Training Center Twentynine Palms, California at Integrated Training Exercise 2-15. Suppressing fire allows infantry units with the GCE to move in to assault the enemy. Marines providing suppressing fire from the ground are with Company D, 1st Tank Battalion, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force.
